August 1825  Messrs. Stevison [?]  & Co. have erected an engine close by.

7 September 1825  Application Mr. Milsom White and his brothers to erect an engine for raising coal upon the side of the railway near the gates of Serridge and Beechenhurst Inclosures.  15-16 years since work begun and promise by Lord Glenburry that coal should not be gotten by other miners.  Several engines have been allowed in similar situations.

27 June 1843  to John Griffiths of Ruardean, Woodside, for a pit on Serridge Green, at a place between New Strip-and-at-it Pit and a pit called Hopewell, to get the coal from the Coleford High Delf and all other analloted veins between it and the Churchway High Delf.

17 July 1865  E.H. Moscrop assents to terms of rent.  Other owners Thom. Twynam, Fred Twynam,            Barney, William vizard, William Agnew Pope, Richard Cork,         Cree.

19 December 1868  Registered owners:- reps. of Fred Twynam 1/4; reps of Thomas Twynam 1/4; Ed. Henry Moscrop 1/16; William Agnew Pope 2/16; Richard Cook and his mortgagee James Knight Smith 7/32; Joseph George and his mortgagee Matthew Webb 1/16; Robert Hanzott and his mortgagee Frederick France 1/32.
East Dean Deep discouraged Moscrop in investing in other Deep gales.

29 October 1881  Extension of time for opening to June 1886.

By January 1882  Just Twynams and Moscrop.

29 April 1884  George Twynam, Sydney, NSW, part owner.

27 June 1894  Surrendered.

26 June 1896  Amos Morgan applying for re-grant, first applied 27 June 1894 - postponed until 20 October.

23 December 1896  Granted to Morgan plus 15 others, attempted to dispose of it.  Had recieved a deposit of £30 from the late owner of Speech House Hill Colliery.
To surrender gale.  Withdrawn.

26 June 1900  To surrender.  Withdrawn.  Deep gale.  Dead rent reduced £40 - £20.

30 November 1901  No work.

9 September 1905  No work - Angus Holden, Bradford; Edward Holden, Ottley; Alfred Illingworth, Bradford; reps. of Henry Illingworth.
