Blackpool Engine etc. gale surrendered as from 25 December 1902.  As they were deep gales it was thought that they should be regranted as one.
No advantage in uniting Pillowell Level, Yorkley, Nags Head, and New Whitecroft No. 2.
Were, however, later included.

Aquisition of gale by anyone other than Johnson will not prejuidice Crowns position.

2 May 1907  Coleford High Delf coal in Pillowell United sold to Wallsend Ltd. for £1,620.

10 June 1907  Deed granting Pillowell United to Martin H. Perkins & others.
Pillowell United will be worked from Wallsend gale.
