15 June 1842 in equal parts to William Elton of Upper Bilson, John Cooper, of Littledean Woodside, and James White, of Upper Bilson, for a pit about 100 yards north of the Paragon Deep Pit at Upper Bilson, to get the coal from the Twenty Inches and Lowery veins.

17 June 1898 Dean Forest Mercury To Be Sold by Private Treaty.  All that Colliery Gale called the New Odd Fellow's Delight No. 2 between New Regulator and Paragon Collieries.
