7 February 1843 in equal parts to William Court of Coleford, and William Knight, senior, of Ruardean Woodside, for a pit about 50 yards south of the Lydbrook tramroad and about 100 yards from the north-east end of the tunnel near the deep cutting, to get the coal from the Coleford High Delf and all the unalloted veins above the same.
