22 January 1914  Lease to expire 24 June 1915 to Parkend Deep Navigation of land near Oakenhill with liberty to use a trolley road in connection with the Little Brittan gale.
Premises first let in 1879 with Dog Delf gale, let in connection with Little Brittan in 1884.  31 year lease to Mr Richard Jones.
Land south of Moseley Green tunnel, some alongside railway at end of cuting on west side.
Allowed an engine house, smithís shop office, pond and loading bank siding.
